This week one man prayed with me according to the pattern of Luke 18:13 & Romans 10:9.
He is a Jewish man, wearing a gold Star of David, living in the UK, in his late 20s; a tradesman. He wrote:
Subject: Conversation on the resurrection of Jesus.
Dear James,
I hope you are doing well. I wanted to reach out because I’ve been reflecting on the resurrection of Jesus, and I would love to have a conversation with you about it. My name is ______ and I live in the UK. I grew up in a very secular Jewish family. Never been interested in God anything to do with religion or faith but recently I’ve been searching for the truth and got interested in Christianity as my future wife is a Christian. I’ve been watching some of your videos and you offered to talk to people that don’t believe in resurrection. I would like to set up the meeting if it’s possible. Thank you, _____
After small-talk for 3 minutes, I went right into the gospel message (sin, insufficiency of works, death on the cross). Then, 25 minutes later I started on the evidence for the resurrection. After another 30 minutes, this young Jewish man was praying, acknowledging his own sin, the Lordship of Jesus, and his resurrection. The ground had already been prepared by others.
He did not own a Bible or Tanakh (Old Testament), and he had never read Isaiah 53. So I sent him a Bible App for his phone, I assigned him to read Isaiah 52:13- 53:12, and then daily reading in the Gospel of John, and a Bible study in “Growing in Christ” with Burt Brink. He will be in good hands.

Isaiah 52:13-15
13 Behold, My servant will prosper,
He will be high and lifted up and greatly exalted.
14 Just as many were astonished at you, My people,
So His appearance was marred more than any man
And His form more than the sons of men.
15 Thus He will sprinkle many nations,
Kings will shut their mouths on account of Him;
For what had not been told them they will see,
And what they had not heard they will understand.
