Dear Friends,

This week one man prayed with me according to the pattern of Luke 18:13 & Romans 10:9.

He wrote to me requesting the meeting to hear about the resurrection. And he stated that he did not believe in the resurrection of Jesus. So we met. Upon meeting, he told me that he was born in Russia, and he is a Jew, and in his 50s. He lived in Israel for 3 years, but now he lives back and forth between Canada and the US. Interestingly, he has been watching my videos, and he has taken to heart the need to read the Bible daily, so he has been reading twice per day—no wonder he is seeking salvation. He said he believes the Bible intellectually, but not in his heart. I told him that we’ll take care of that within the hour. And indeed, all that was resolved within the hour, and he was praying aloud regarding his sin and the Lordship and resurrection of Yeshua.

He further inquired about his Jewishness and how that interfaces with Jesus. I explained that all the apostles were Jewish, and the Gentiles did not receive Jesus until later, with Cornelius in Acts 9. Being Jewish and receiving Jesus as the Messiah is the scriptural pattern for Jews. I set this kind man up with Chuck Lloyd for discipleship assignment, and Mitch Glaser, president of Chosen People Ministry, to address the Jewishness questions. https://chosenpeople.com/presidents-introduction/

Romans 10:1
Brethren, my heart’s desire and my prayer to God for them is for their salvation.
Zechariah 12:10
"I will pour out on the house of David and on the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the Spirit of grace and of supplication, so that they will look on Me whom they have pierced; and they will mourn for Him, as one mourns for an only son, and they will weep bitterly over Him like the bitter weeping over a firstborn."
Hosea 3:4–5
For the sons of Israel will remain for many days without king or prince, without sacrifice or sacred pillar and without ephod or household idols. Afterward the sons of Israel will return and seek the Lord their God and David their king; and they will come trembling to the Lord and to His goodness in the last days.
Romans 11:29
For the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable.
Romans 11:1–2
I say then, God has not rejected His people, has He? May it never be! For I too am an Israelite, a descendant of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin. God has not rejected His people whom He foreknew...

God bless,
